WOW! Imagine my delight at finding all this information on one stone.  Unfortunately the stone has a crack running down one side and is in danger of the face being split off through frost damage.  I am hoping to attempt a repair sometime during the summer of 2001, providing it survives the winter of 2000.
Any ideas for filling the crack would be welcome.
